Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
Be responsible for the implementation of relevant work in the department,ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with managementpolicy. To answer guest requests and resolve guest problems.To work with others associates or outlets to ensure achievement of hotel/outlet strategic.
负责部门相关工作的执行,确保标准和和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。能够准确的回答并且解决客人的问题。与员工一起合作完成酒店或者部门的目标。
Requirements 任职资格:
Juniorcollege or above, good written and oral communication skills in English andexcellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
大专及以上学历,良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力,优秀的中文书面和口头沟通能力。
Experiences 经验要求:
1-2 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel in western restaurant.
1-2年以上豪华酒店西餐厅相关工作经验。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 国内管理公司经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
