Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
To take telephone calls, take reservations and page guests.
接听餐厅的电话,并且正确的接受客人的预订。
Reconfirm all reservations of the respective day.
在每天餐段之前与客人进行预订的确认。
Check reservation with “in house guest list” and “VIP list”.
做好住店客人和贵宾客人的预订。
Handle and channel all messages received.
处理来自其他部门或者客人的留言。
To inform the guest about hotel facilities.
能全面的告诉客人酒店的设施。
Recommends changes in systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service.
推荐新政策和程序以提高服务的效率和质量。
Job Specification职位要求:
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Oral fluency in Chinese & English.
中英文口语流畅。
