Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
1. Handle all communication in and outof the Housekeeping office and responsible for answering telephone calls aswell as dealing with requests accordingly.
负责所有客房部的协调沟通工作,接听电话并按照要求处理解决一切需求。
2. Handle all lost and found enquiries.Secure and log lost items daily, including the monthly disbursement ofunclaimed articles to the colleagues who found the items with authorized gatepass.
负责失物认领工作,确保客人或员工遗失的物品得以记录并妥善报存,同时记录每月因无人认领而销毁的物品。
3. Assist the Assistant Director ofHousekeeping for any admin work when as necessary
协助客房部副总监完成日常行政工作。
Qualifications 任职资格:
Higher education level, proficient in Mandarin, English listening,speaking, reading and writing skills are desirable.
具有高等教育水平,普通话熟练,有英语听说读写技能为佳。
Familiar with computer operation and office software application.
熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。
Good verbal and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
Experience 经验要求:
One year’s experience in a similar capacity in a luxury or ultra-luxury internationalbrand hotel is preferred.
一年在奢华五星级酒店或国际品牌的超豪华酒店的相关工作经验为佳。
