Implement the new butler motto “To be invisible but available” byproviding prompt, accurate & courteous services to the resident guests atthe Manor Club by ensuring the efficient operation of the floor(s) under his /her control to maintain the highest standards of Butler service and to maximizeguest satisfaction & organizational profitability in an atmosphere of highemployee morale.
实施新的管家座右铭为“无形却又存在的服务”,为行政酒廊的客人提供敏锐,精致和周到的服务,楼层在他/她的掌控下能有效地运营,并达到管家服务的最高标准,同时在很愉悦的员工氛围中能最大化客人的满意度和组织效益。
1. Offer personalized service to the guests who stay at the Manor Clubwith close communication with other related departments of the hotel.
通过与酒店的其他相关部门交流合作,为住在行政酒廊的客人提供个性化的服务。
2. Ensure the room is prepared to required standards and meets specificneeds of guest.
确保准备的房间符合客人要求及具体的需求。
3. Liaise with other departments over servicing requirements of room andguest
与其他部门协作来超越客人和房间的服务要求。
4. Other ad hoc tasks and duties as required by Manor Club Manager andChief Butler
要完成行政酒廊经理以及首席管家安排的其它工作。
Requirements 任职资格:
1. University Bachelor Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。
3. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
4. Ability to work independently and as a team.
能够独立工作和团队合作。
Experience 经验要求:
2 years and above experience in similar positionin a luxury or ultra-luxury international brand hotel.
至少两年在奢华五星级酒店或国际品牌的超豪华酒店的相关工作经验。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 国内管理公司经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-熟练,中国普通话-精通
- 计算机能力:熟练
