Assistant Bar Manager 助理酒吧经理

Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
Assistantthe Bar Manager to provide supervision of the department, operationalassociates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strictaccordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers,at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creatinginnovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeingand directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service,organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guestexpectation.
对部门运营员工进行全面的监督，确保标准和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。持续的吸引新客人并同时保持对忠诚客人的关心，协助酒店为客人提供具有创意的想法从而使利益最大化, 使我们的服务超越客人的期望。
Requirements 任职资格：
Junior college or above, fluent written and oral communication skills inEnglish and excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
大专及以上学历，基本的英语书面和口头沟通能力，流利的中文书面和口头沟通能力。
Experiences 经验要求：
Min5 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel or bar or nightclubsetting and 2 years of management experience.
5年以上豪华酒店或酒吧或夜店相关工作经验，2年以上管理经验。
