4.协助与厨房针对每日营运和质量控制密切沟通。
5.运营时确保向客人提供充分高效的服务。
6.掌握一定的酒水知识,并能够调制鸡尾酒。
Job Description
1.Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
2.One should ensure our associates (service) are always reachable while it is needed by customers and show passion to provide our authentic service.
3.Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
4.Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
5.One should ensure to 100% focus on customers during operation and provide authentic / sufficient service.
6.Knowledge of drinks and ability to make cocktails.
