Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist them in seating, ensuring restaurant’s standard of service.
礼貌地问候和引导客人至餐桌，帮助客人入座，确保餐厅的服务标准。
Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the hostess stand, cashier area, cloak area and the dining room at all times.
协助做好餐厅服务准备并随时维护迎宾区域，收银区域，衣帽间和餐厅的清洁。
Consult on daily basis with the Restaurant Sales department. Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check the previously ordered items (cake, flowers, etc) and inform the restaurant kitchen and service staff of all pre- booked menu and special menu requests of the guests. Besdies the mentioned all critical tasks, for cross over lateral service in different department are required.
每天与餐厅销售部门协商，协助监控客人的需求，检查需要提前订购的物品（蛋糕，鲜花等）并告知餐厅厨房和所有服务人员客人选定的菜单和特殊需求， 除了做好自己本部门的工作之外，在有需要的情况下协助其他部门的工作安排。
