岗位职责
Job Description
1.掌握客房预订情况,向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况,检查VIP通知单的发送情况,负责VIP接待工作的落实。
Master guest room reservation, report the important group and guest reservation to the Department Manager, check the VIP notification, and take charge of VIP reception.
2.负责前台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作,及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。
Responsible for the use, management and maintenance of the front desk property and equipment, and collect, archive and manage all kinds of data.
3.检查每日的报表是否有误,并及时纠正。
Check daily reports for errors and correct them in time.
4.建立体质良好的宾客关系,努力增加客房销售。
Establish a good relationship with guests, and strive to increase room sales.
岗位要求
Job Requirements
1.大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验2年以上,熟练的英文交流水平。
College degree or above, with 2 years experience in the same position, fluent in English communication.
2.有良好的团队领导精神及执行力。工作认真负责,作风正派。
Good team leading spirit and executive ability. The work is serious and responsible, and the style is upright.
3.熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。
Familiar with all aspects and procedures of front office.
4.掌握酒店管理基础知识,善于同宾客交往、沟通,处理周到、果断,能独立处理各种投诉。
Basic knowledge of hotel management, good at communicating with guests, communicating with each other, handling thoughtful and decisive, and dealing with complaints independently.
