Has knowledge of all menus and recipes in his section including the ingredients, method of cooking pre-preparation procedures and the presentation of the dishes.

Check the quality standards of perishable & grocery supplies in his/ her section before preparation.

Capable for storing supplies in appropriate condition.
能够适当的条件下储藏物品。
Knowledgeable on the standard method of preparation, methods of cutting, types of food ingredients and proper handling.
清楚了解准备方法,切割方法和食材种类和合理处理食物的标准。
Controls food spoilage and wastage through proper handling and storage.
通过适当的处理和存储,控制食品变质和损耗。
Clean and arrange items in the fridges, storage areas and work areas according to schedule to maintain high sanitation standard.
按照预定计划,清洁冰箱、存储区域和工作区域,并妥善摆放里面的物品,维持高卫生标准。
