Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions.Assists Pastry Chef in training Commis, and participates in product development and quality control.Ensure the operation of the Pastry Kitchen. Prepare and cooks food in all areas of the Pastry Kitchen as and when directed.Organizes and supervises the work carried out by commis chefs and apprentices in the area under his/her responsibility. Helps subordinate develop their skills to the best of their ability and provides support for career development. Participate in the control of food quality/taste/presentation.
根据标准工作流程、备料单、照片及上级指示准备食物。协助饼房厨师长培训西点厨师,参与西点出品和质量的管控。保证饼房工作运作的顺利进行。在指导下进行所有食品的准备工作。管理和监督所属范围内的厨师及厨工的工作。帮助下属提高他们的技能并为他们的职业发展提供支持。参与食品质量、口感、装裱等的管控工作。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
High school,formal studies in Pastry/Baking.Minimum 2to 3 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel.Acknowledgedmanagerial skills. Perfectknowledge of FSMS guidelines. Computerliterate in the Windows environment.
熟悉电脑操作知知识。至少2到3年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验。具有相关管理技能。高中学历,或正规糕点烘焙学校学习。了解,熟悉FSMS知识。
