Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
·Sets high standards and establishes demanding but achievable goals.
·To ensure that the outlet team projects professionalism, that employees are well trained in their jobs and are well-groomed and uniformed.
·To continuously seek ways to management in the outlet to maximize revenues and profit.
·Participates in schedule training and development programs provided by the hotel to improve self and department standards.
·Enhances individual performance, effective coaching, counseling or appropriate delegation.
·Builds a strong teams which works well together and which is mutually supportive.
·对于销售和成本方面，随时更新财务数据（预算与实际）， 并确保销售额和利润。
·制定高标准，并建立可以实现高标准目标的要求。
·确保所有餐厅团队的专业性，确保所有人才都得到了良好的培训，且仪容仪表符合酒店规定。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills.
·Min 10-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
· Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
· Associate degree or above.
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
·Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
·Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills.
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent.
· Salary negotiable.
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
·至少10年酒店相关运做经验，具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
·酒店管理专业毕业。
·全日制大专（含）以上学历。
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验。
·始终保持良好和专业的形象。
·优秀的领导者和培训师，具备良好的激励和团队合作能力。
·注重细节，良好的人际交往能力，能够和不同的人才相处。
·薪资面议。
