Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· Assist Pastry Chef in the daily operation and to help maintain a high standard of food presentation and food quality.
· Create new bread item.
· Participate in pastry menu design.
· Assist in receiving and storage of pastry goods.
· Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently and economically.
· Keep cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the Pastry Kitchen, including storeroom, cold storage room, and dry storage room.
· Ensures that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking
· Minimum 4 to 5years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel
· Acknowledged managerial skills
· Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
· Computer literate in the Windows environment
