Check according to hotel policy.Transfer and split all kinds of forms.Assist in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as talent welfare & benefit and all talent activities.Makes a record of talents who need timekeeping assistance and advice.Assist in the communication flow to all hotel talent through notice board, newsletter. Bulletin and directs communication with talent regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.Reports to the Talent & Culture Manager regarding talent monthly attendance records向Follow up all talent attendance record.Review personal files.Keep monthly records regarding talent tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, leave without pay, compassionate leave, and maternity leave for MIS reports and year-end bonus evaluation.Maintains and updates talent records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.Draft part of T&C documents.
核对请假是否符合酒店制度。传递分发各种单子。协助日常人事管理工作,以及参与办理人才福利、组织人才活动。记录人才上下班打卡记录并给予建议。通过人才布告栏、信函或直接联系等方式,向人才宣传好人事制度和酒店规章。人才与文化经理汇报每月人才出勤记录。跟踪人才每月的出勤记录。检查人事档案。每月记录人才迟到、缺勤、病假、无薪请假、补休、产假的情况,并带入年终奖金评定。管理和更新人才的档案、法律法规文件、酒店规章制度与工作程序,以及其它人事文件。起草部分人才与文化部文件。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
College degree or above.Fluent written English, and can communicate orally.Good computer skills and management ability.1 years supervisory experience in related working experience.Can complete each work task designated in the above JobDescription independently with good communication & coordination capability.Work earnestly, responsibly andcarefully.
大专或以上学历。英语书面语流利,口语可以交流。良好的电脑技能及管理能力。一年以上相关工作经验。能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力。责任心强,工作认真细致。
