Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standardPresents guests checks and follows all billing proceduresCarry out pre-service duties, mis-en-place Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general suppliesEnsure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working conditionEnsure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areasCarries out assigned duties
负责下订单,推销部门特色菜,按照既定的标准服务客人。做好服务前的岗前职责,准备工作。为客人介绍检查和遵循所有计费程序。确保材料供应充足,并申请所需采购的物品。确保所有的设备和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。确保餐厅的美观和维护餐厅工作区域。完成分配的任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验Good oral and written communication skills·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate·Associate degree or above·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times ·Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills·Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent·良好的口头及书面沟通能力。酒店管理专业毕业·全日制大专(含)以上学历餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验。始终保持良好和专业的形象,优秀的培训师,具备良好的激励和团队合作能力·注重细节,良好的人际交往能力,能够和不同的人才相处。
