Assist department manager to finish daily work smoothly. Improve customer satisfaction, develop and maintain the team with my ability, and care for colleagues to ensure better service every day.
协助部门经理顺利的完成每日工作。提高客人对服务的满意度,用自己的能力发展维护好团队,时刻关怀同事以保证每日更加出色的服务。
Responsible for the daily operation of the department, ensure the stability and standard of operation, comply with all service procedures of the lounge, cultivate high quality staff and maintain staff resources.
负责部门每日的运营,确保运作的稳定及标准,遵守酒廊所有的服务工作程序,培养高素质的员工,维护员工资源。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Good skills of the English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages. Preferably foreign language ability.
具有良好的沟通技巧及中英文的读写能力,更希望具有多国语言能力。
Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times.
有良好的服务意识,在任何时候都能够适应四季的相关标准和理念。
Good knowledge and very familiar with Opera system.
良好的知识量储备,熟知Opera系统的操作。
