1. Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the hotel.
2. Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing inthe development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
3. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintainingconstant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
4. Supervisors the Sales & Marketing department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
5. To act as the deputy of the Director of Sales & Marketing .
