【岗位职责】
1.确保所有的菜肴符合菜谱的标准并保持一致性。
Ensures that all dishesfrom that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.
2.保证厨房的卫生符合卫生部门和酒店的标准。
Ensures the sanitationstandards for kitchen are being met.
3.监督食品准备和烹制的过程防止浪费。
Monitors food andoperating costs and controls these by reducing waste.
【岗位要求】
1.具备厨房管理、菜单规划和操作技能方面的知识和实践经验。
Knowledge and hands on experience in Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills.
2.良好的宾客关系处理能力。
Good Guest Relations Skills.
3.基本的计算机技能。
Basic Computer Skills
4.具备厨房卫生操作以及职业健康与安全标准的基本知识。
Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
5.两到四年在高标准酒店或大型餐厅担任厨师主管的工作经验
Two to four years work experience as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
