【岗位职责】
1.确保客房的清洁和服务达到凯悦品牌的标准。
Ensures the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms meet Hyatt brandstandards.
2.发放、检查及控制所有清洁用品和设备。
Issues,inspects, and controls all cleaning products and equipment.
3.以协助和灵活态度与其他管理层员工密切合作,关注酒店的整体成功和客人满意度。
Works closely with other managementassociate in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall successof the Hotel and the satisfaction of Hotel guests.
4.根据顾客意见调查结果,确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
Responds to the results of LRA andensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
【岗位要求】
1.拥有酒店或旅游管理相关的文凭 / 资质者优先。
Holds a diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable.
2.对清洁剂和化学品的使用具备详细的工作知识。
Detailed working knowledge of use of cleaning agents and chemicals.
3.具备良好的沟通技巧和客户关系处理技巧。
Well developed Communication Skills and Customer Relation Skills.
4.具备基本的计算机技能者优先。
Basic Computer Skills desirable.
5.至少有两年在高标准酒店担任客房团队领导的工作经验。
Minimum two years work experience as Housekeeping Team Leader in a hotel with good standards.
