【岗位职责】
1、监督厨房的工作,并且与其他的厨房协调,为客人提供新鲜的菜肴同时控制原材料的浪费现象。
Supervises cooking and other culinary associate and coordinates their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
2、监督食品的准备和烹饪过程,配料的使用量和菜肴的卖相保证烹制完成的菜肴符合标准。
Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, andgarnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
3、对菜肴进行创新,对菜谱进行改良。
Devises special dishes and develops innovative recipes.
4、积极响应客人调查的合理建议,并尽快改善。
Responds to the results of the LRA and ensures that the relevant changesare implemented.
【岗位要求】
1、同岗位工作经验3年以上。More than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
2、有丰富的技术及行政经验。With rich technical and administrative experience.
4、懂得成本核算,食物原料及食品营养知识。Understand cost accounting, food ingredients and food nutrition knowledge.
5、身体健康,精力充沛。Good health and full of energy.
