【岗位职责】
1.协调各部门之间的工作,促进沟通与协作;
2.参与酒店日常财务事务支持;
3.收集、整理、传递各类信息,为领导决策提供依据;
4.协助固定资产及流动资产的日常管理;
5.严格遵守酒店财务制度及国家财会法规,妥善保管酒店财务资料、资产信息,杜绝信息泄露;
6.服从酒店及财务部门的工作安排,配合完成临时财务协调任务。
【岗位要求】
1.全日制普通高等教育院校应届专科及以上;
2.财会、酒店管理相关专业;
3.沟通协调能力;
4.文书与工具应用能力;
5.熟练使用 Office 办公软件;
6.保密意识。
【Job Responsibilities】
Coordinate work among various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.Participate in the support of the hotel's daily financial affairs.Collect, organize, and transmit various types of information to provide a basis for leadership decision-making.Assist in the daily management of fixed assets and current assets.Strictly abide by the hotel's financial system and national financial and accounting regulations, properly keep the hotel's financial data and asset information, and prevent information leakage.Obey the work arrangements of the hotel and the finance department, and cooperate to complete temporary financial coordination tasks.
【Job Requirements】
Fresh graduate with a junior college diploma or above from a full-time general institution of higher education.Major in accounting and finance, hotel management or related fields.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Competence in document work and tool application.Proficiency in using Office software.Strong awareness of confidentiality.
