职位描述
Function as primary support to the Cluster Director of Human Resources including activities in planning organizing and executing activities leading to the training and development of qualified associates.
支持集群人力资源总监计划、安排和实施各种活动,以培训和发展优秀员工。
Oversee the day-to-day operations and functions of
the L&D Department.
组织学习与发展部日常运作。
Work with Cluster DL&D on the hotel training programs and learning systems to support workforce planning and career development.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

JOB SPECIFICATION
职位要求
3-5 years training experience, preferably in hotel
industry.
3-5年培训经历,酒店经历优先。
Good communication and presentation skis
良好的沟通技巧和演讲技能。
