Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of L&D Department. Establish a sound learning and development system、talents development、hotel culture and activity to achieve operating goals.
协助人力资源总监进行学习发展部有效运作;建立完善的学习发展体系、人才发展体系,组织员工活动,推动酒店文化以完成酒店服务及运营目标。
1. Function as primary support to the Director of Human Resources including activities in employment, learning&development、hotel culture.
在学习发展、人才发展、企业文化打造等方面支持人力资源总监
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the L&D Department; manage and develop all L&D associates
负责学习发展部日常运作,管理和培养学习发展部部员工
3. Assist the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement the hotel’s business plan. Develop talent development strategic plan in alignment with the hotel’s business plan
协助人力资源总监制定和实施酒店经营计划,建立人才发展战略计划与酒店经营计划保持一致
4. Assist Director of Human Resources to build corporate culture through effective means
通过有效的手段协助人力资源总监打造企业文化
5. Organize team culture building activities
组织团队文化建设活动
6. Establish hotel training system organization, all kinds of hotel training.
建立酒店培训体系组织,酒店各类培训
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位职责
1.2 years as L&D Manager in a similar capacity
应具备2年学习与发展经理的同岗位经验
2.Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通话及英语的口语和写作能力
3.Good communication
良好的沟通技能
