岗位职责：
Job Description
1.高效快速的清理和清洁餐台，需要时清理和抹擦废物，桌椅，墙壁，窗户，镜子和地面并清倒垃圾。
Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down stools, tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. Empty trash and ashtrays.
2.专业的处理客人的投诉。
Handle guests complaints professionally
3.为客人提供鸡尾酒和餐单上的项目，点单时向客人推销。
Serve cocktails and/or menu items to guests; up-sell when taking orders.
4.了解当前酒店所有的活动。
Maintain current information on all general activities of the hotel
5.完成公司领导交办的其他工作
To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior
