1.Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes. Preparations to setting up buffet lunch and dinner as well as add bread to close meal.

3.Preparations to setting up for tea break as well as dessert and bread by function.

4.o control standards of food production and presentation throughout the hotel.

Job Specs 职位要求
1.Working experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
有在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
2.Knowledge in HACCP.

3.Strong Bakery Skills.
