Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Follow up the work schedule and conduct rotational training in frontline departments for guest reception, food service, operation support, etc.
跟进工作安排,在一线部门进行宾客接待,餐饮服务,运营支持等方面的轮岗培训;
2.Accept the work arranged by the department HOD in the rotation department.
在轮岗部门接受部门HOD安排的工作;
3.Follow up the departmental rotation work to provide appropriate advice or suggestions.
跟进部门轮岗工作提供相应意见或建议;
4. Arrange the final position after the end of the rotation period according to the work performance.
根据轮岗时期工作表现在轮岗结束后安排最终岗位。
Job Specs 职位要求:
1.fresh graduates/interns who are interested in developing in the hotel industry
有志在酒店行业发展的应届毕业生/实习生;
2.Have high expectation of working as a hotel manager;
对担任酒店管理人员具有高度期望;
3.Love the service industry, have good customer service awareness, affinity, communication skills and teamwork spirit.
