岗位职责/职位描述
Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Arrange work according to forecast, group meal arrangement and VIP number.
根据预测、团体餐安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
2. Record sales, guest complaints, solutions and related staff and equipment.
做好销售，宾客投诉、解决办法及相关员工、设备的记录。
3. Make Suggestions to leaders to improve work efficiency, promote sales, and achieve the purpose of increasing source and saving cost.
给领导提出建议，提高工作效率，促进销售，并达到增源节支的目的。
4. Ensures that the maximize restaurant profits achieved.
确保可以最大限度提高餐厅利润。
5. Ensures top quality food and service to have complete guests’ satisfaction.
确保优质食品和服务使客人满意。
Job Specs 职位要求
1. College degree or above, good command of at least one foreign language.
大专及以上学历，至少熟练掌握一门外语。
2. At least 5 years working experience in a similar position in 5 star hotel.
至少5年以上五星酒店相关工作岗位经验。
3. Very good English skills (written & verbal) Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages, including Spreadsheet programs.
