As the Outlet Team Leader, will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

•Confidently know the food and beverage menu contents and explain them in detail to guests.
熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容,并可以向客人做出详细解释。了解健康食品的要求,可以提出适当的建议。
•Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
熟悉自助餐台上的食品。
•Correctly label buffet dishes. Keep buffet areas clean at all times.
保持自助餐台清洁。
•Familiarise with menu items of all other outlets to recommend guests to other outlets.
熟悉饭店其他餐厅菜单上的食品,并向客人推荐
•Undertake steps to ensure that the cashiers'desk is ready and set for service.
检查收银设备的准备工作。
•Ensure that everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.
保证所有用具的清洁,并为客人进入餐厅做准备。
•Assist attendants and kitchen staff where required and carry out any reasonable duties requested by the Supervisor / Manager.
在必要的时候协助厨房同事,并完成经理交予的任务。
•Greet guests with smiles and offer assistance with coats, bags, etc., introducing yourself.
微笑服务,协助客人就座,储存外套或背包,并作自我介绍。
•Escort guests to a table and ask if they would prefer a smoking or non-smoking table.
为客人引位,并询问客人希望就座于吸烟区或非吸烟区。
•Greet all guests who walk past your outlet and offer them menus to view when appropriate.
经过餐桌时需要确认客人是否有任何需要。
•Smile and greet guests as they enter and exit the restaurant, even if they are not designated to your section.
在客人进入或离开餐厅是都抱以微笑与问候,无论其是否在自己的服务区内。
•Make sure that all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.
严格执行服务程序,确保所有服务设施的清洁与完备。
•Positively end the guests experience by checking on their satisfaction.
在客人用餐接近尾声的时候,询问客人对用餐是否满意。
•Ensure that safe and healthy working practices are observed throughout the service.
在服务过程中确保严格遵守卫生及安全守则。
•Report any accidents / incidents to the Supervisor / Manager.
向上一级主管或经理汇报发生的任何事宜。
•Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
