1. Determines operational policies and standards on all Food & Beverage matters of hotel level.

3. Recommends changes or innovations in policies, procedures and equipment.

4. Ensures that goals are achieved as outlined in the profit budget.

5. Ensures that the maximum departmental profit achieved.

6. Ensures top quality food and service to have complete guests’ satisfaction.

7. Prevents description of the department by overseeing all supplies and service.

Job Specs 职位要求
1. Education Background: University Degree or Diploma Holder. Technical course in F&B management.
学历:大学毕业 餐饮管理课程
2. Experience: At least 5 years working experience in a similar position in 5 star hotel.
工作经验:至少5年以上五星酒店相关工作岗位经验。
3. Skills: Very good English skills (written & verbal) Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages, including Spreadsheet programs.
相关技能:精湛的英语口语及书写能力,精通计算机程序,熟知软件及电子表格系统
