1.To engage in beverage preparation and delivery ensuring that guest satisfaction objectives within the outlet are achieved by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service as per the standards of performance and training provided
酒水的准备以及保证各个餐厅内客人的需求,为客人提供有效的,友好的以及细致的服务。
2.To engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
按照标准和程序做好酒水的准备工作和服务。
3.To have thorough knowledge of the drinks list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
对酒水单和葡萄酒单要非常的熟悉,并且能够对客人的要求做出反应。
4.To actively promote the service and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and suppliers of the hotel.
能够积极的向客人及供应商推荐酒店的服务及设施。
5.Maximizes revenue in the outlet by implementing up selling procedures.
在各个厅面进行酒水的促销以达到利润最大化。
6.Maintains beverage par stocks and places orders accordingly.
根据客人的点单率维持酒吧的库存。
Job Specs 职位要求
1.Senior High School Education or specialty Hospitality .
高中毕业或相关同等学历。
2.1-2 years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel.
一至二年在四/五星级酒店的相关管理经验。
3.Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic.
对餐饮和各种酒类有基本的了解;对收银操作初步的了解。
4.Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
了解和熟悉酒水单的能力。
