PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
·Take responsibility for sanitation of all culinary, storage garbage and food areas.

·Monitor the operation of disc storage to ensure that operation procedures are consistent with relevant policies and standard operating procedures.
监管盘碟存放间的操作,确保与相关政策和标准运作程序相一致。
·Check the maintenance procedure of food holding procedure and transportation equipment.
检查食品持有程序和运输设备的维修保养程序。
·Ensure that food operation and hygiene standards comply with the regulations.
确保食品操作及卫生标准符合规定规范。
·Ensure all operations follow local regulations.
确保所有操作符合本地法规。
·Manage the cleaning of all equipment, porcelain, glassware, silver-plated ware.
管理所有设备,瓷器,玻璃器皿,镀银器皿的清洁。
·Be familiar with and supervise all service vessels, equipment, floor and other cleaning procedures.
熟知所有服务器皿,设备,地板等的清洁程序并对其进行监督。
·Perform proper breakage procedure for all F&B.
执行正确适当的损耗处理程序。
·Assist store keepers to conduct operation equipment inventory.
协助仓库管理员对餐饮部运作物品的盘点。
·Supervise daily operation of all stewarding colleagues according to colleague levels to ensure that their conducts are meeting the hotel standards.
根据同事的级别来监督其工作,使之符合酒店标准。
·Ensure the awareness & enforcement of the related hotel SOP.
熟知并执行酒店所有相关的标准操作程序。
·Well known and make sure the hygiene, safety operation and cleanliness status are always in line with the brand standard guidelines.
了解并确保卫生,安全操作和清洁状况符合品牌标准。
·Provide training to department colleagues on safety procedures.
给予部门同事安全程序的培训。
·Report, investigate and follow up on stewarding colleagues’ accidents.
报告、调查及跟进员工意外事件。
·Implement a departmental daily training with colleagues
执行贯彻部门每日培训计划。
·Provide relevant training to department colleagues on hygiene, equipment operation and chemical use.
给予部门同事关于卫生,设备操作及化学品的使用相关的培训。
·Conduct steward to work in the right and most efficient way.
引导各管事员工正确并高效地工作。
·Evaluates the work of store keepers.
负责仓库管理员的工作评估。
·Ensure the efficient scheduling of outsourcing colleagues.
合理有效安排外包同事的排班。
·Actively promote cross-sectoral cooperation through frank communication.
通过坦诚的沟通,积极推动跨部门的合作。
·Perform any reasonable request made by the management which is not against the local laws.
执行管理层的任何不违反法律法规的合理要求。
·Respond in a friendly manner to guest concerns or inquires.
友好礼貌地对待客人所关注的所有问题及需求。
·Ensure colleagues maintain required food handling and sanitation certifications.
确保同事持有必须的食品操作和卫生操作证明。
·Observe service behaviours of stewarding colleagues and provides feedback to individuals and continuously strive to improve their work performance.
观察同事的工作行动并对他们提供反馈信息,不间断性指导他们改善工作表现。
·Perform any duties assigned by the Management.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育学历
·Culinary or related professional area is preferred.
餐饮相关背景优先。
Experience 经验
·At least three years working experience in this position, preferably in hotel industry.
至少三年相关工作经验,有在酒店工作经验的优先。
Job Skill/Knowledge 工作技能/知识
·Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
具备处理食物和环境卫生标准的知识。
·Knowledge of basic sanitation control and use of cleaning equipment.
具备基本卫生设备控制和使用清洁设备的知识。
·Understanding of use and maintenance of kitchen dish room equipment.
理解如何使用厨房盘碟设备。
·Strong problem-solving skills and organization skills.
强大的问题解决能力和组织能力。
·Maintain good relationship with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
与同事,客户及供应商保持良好的关系。
Computer Knowledge 电脑知识
·Ability to use standard software applications and hotel system.
能够使用标准应用软件和酒店操作系统。
Language Proficiency 语言能力
·Good communication skill in Mandarin and English (verbal, listening and writing)
良好的普通话和英语听说写能力。
