饼房主管 Chef de Partie

主要职责 Main Responsibilities
• 协助西点厨师长管理饼房的正常运作，保证食物和产品的高质量.
Assist the pastry chef in the day to day operation of the pastry kitchen and to help maintain a high standard of food presentation and quality of product.
• 为客人和员工高效率的提供食物，并做到物美价廉.
Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently and economically.
• 在饼房运作方面支持 总饼师工作，保证提供高效率的服务.
Ensures pastry kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry kitchen including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
• 根据要求参与制作服务.
Participates in making food requisitions.
• 参与培训和发展员工.
Participates in training and developing associates.
• 当接到指示时，所有饼房区域都要进行食物的准备工作.
Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.
• 保证安全、正确的使用西饼房的设备、工具和机器.
Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery.
• 协助做好. 推出蛋糕和发酵食品. 冷, 热甜品.
Assist with the preparation. Presentation and storage of pastry. Cake. Hot cold dessert. And yeast goods.
• 协助准备. 储存自助餐西点食品.
Assist with the preparation and storage of pastry for Buffets.
• [1 对 1]指导西点房新员工工作.
[one to one] Instruct pastry kitchen new staff.
                                  
知识及经验 Knowledge and Experience
• 良好的英语基础及语言传达能力.
Good command of English and a good communicator.
• 掌握最基本的工作技巧.
Handle basic working terminology and techniques.
• 与客人和同事有效沟通.
Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety cultures.
Vocational diploma in food & beverage studies and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and  motivations.
