1、Assist to the F&B Director to do the cost control and promotion.

2、Assist the F&B Director to arrange the daily operation, maintain the guest relations and satisfaction. Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
协助餐饮总监的负责日常运营,维护和提高顾客满意度。确保所有客人的要求和投诉都按照酒店的服务补救指南得到妥善处理。
3、Prepares work schedules and ensures all staff is rostered in accordance with business levels.
准备工作时间表,确保所有员工的工作符合业务水平。
4、Ensures all bar counters are set-up on time before service and according to standards.
确保所有的柜台在服务前按照标准准时设置好。
5、Supervises service in all bar areas and work hands-on in the operation when required.
监督所有酒吧区域的服务,并在需要时亲自动手操作。
6、Ensures bar areas, counters and tables are clean and glasses replenished.
确保酒吧区域、柜台和桌子干净,并补充杯子。
7、Performs administrative tasks such as bar requisitions, inventories, work schedules and operating equipment control.

8、Well know the wine knowledge and bartender skill, Knows all beverage recipes and prepare all drink orders accordingly.

9、Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.

Job Requirements 任职要求:
1、At least 3 years working experience in Bar manager position, fluent in English.
3年以上酒吧经理岗位工作经验,英语能够流利沟通。
2、Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力。
3、Leadership Skills.
具有较强的领导能力。
4、 Love your job, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and work seriously and responsibly.
热爱本职,有较强的事业心和责任感,工作认真负责。
