【Job Description】【岗位职责】
1、 Responsible for greeting and reception at the hotel lobby and entrance, providing guests with warm and attentive service
负责酒店大堂及门口的迎宾接待工作，为客人提供热情周到的服务
2、 Assist guests with luggage transportation and accurately guide them to their rooms or designated areas
协助客人搬运行李，并准确引导至客房或指定区域
3、Address guests' inquiries about hotel facilities and the surrounding environment
解答客人关于酒店设施及周边环境的咨询
4、Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby area, and promptly handle any emergencies
维持大堂区域的整洁有序，及时处理突发情况
【Job Requirements】【岗位要求】
1、Possess a neat appearance, be over 170cm tall, and have strong service awareness
形象端正，身高170cm以上，具备良好的服务意识
2、Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English communication skills preferred
普通话流利，具备基础英语交流能力者优先
3、Able to adapt to shift work schedules (including night shifts)
能适应轮班工作制（含夜班）
4、Possess strong adaptability and teamwork spirit
具备较强的应变能力和团队协作精神
