【岗位职责】
1、Responsible for providing pick-up and drop off services for hotel guests, ensuring timely, safe, and courteous completion of each travel task.
负责酒店客人的接送服务，确保准时、安全、礼貌地完成每次出行任务。
2、Reasonably plan the itinerary according to the designated route or customer needs, and provide a comfortable riding experience.
按照指定路线或客人需求，合理规划行程，提供舒适的乘车体验。
3、Responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections of vehicles to ensure good condition and timely reporting of abnormal situations.
负责车辆的日常清洁、维护及安全检查，确保车况良好，及时报告异常情况。
4、Assist guests in moving luggage and answer inquiries about transportation and attractions around the hotel.
协助客人搬运行李，解答酒店周边交通及景点咨询。
5、Comply with traffic regulations and hotel safety management systems to prevent violations and accidents.
遵守交通法规及酒店安全管理制度，杜绝违章和事故。
6、Complete other temporary transportation or assistance tasks arranged by superiors.
完成上级安排的其他临时性运输或协助工作。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
1、Holding a valid driver's license (A1 ), proficient driving skills, and no record of major traffic accidents.
持有有效驾驶证（A1），驾驶技术熟练，无重大交通事故记录。
2、Familiar with the urban area and surrounding roads of Hangzhou, able to flexibly respond to traffic conditions.
熟悉杭州市区及周边道路，能灵活应对交通状况。
3、Having good service awareness and communication skills, able to treat customers politely and patiently.
具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能礼貌、耐心地对待客人。
4、Strong sense of work responsibility, able to adapt to flexible scheduling (including morning, evening, and holidays).
工作责任心强，能适应弹性排班（含早班、晚班及节假日）。
5、Experience as a hotel driver or business receptionist driver is preferred.
有酒店司机或商务接待驾驶经验者优先。
