· To perform the physicalcount of all storeroom stocks and month-end inventory, with final balances tobe reconciled with the general ledger month-end balance.

· To report the daily andmonthly F&B costs with emphasis and detailed analysis on exceptionalvariances such as trend of cost of sales ratios, slow moving items, breakage& loss, etc…

· Computer skills andgood at Finance System.

· Solidworking experience in hotelaccounting with a minimum of 3 years in asupervisory role.
在酒店财务至少三年主管经验。
· Universitydegree in Finance and Accounting.
财务或会计专业大专学历。
· Excellentin written and spoken Chinese and minimum China Grade 4 of English Proficiency.Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
优秀的中英文读写能力,英语四级以上。至少在酒店行业有4年相关工作经验。
· Previous experience ina managerial operational accounting role.
有财务管理经验。
· Good relationship withthe local bank and government agencies.
与本地银行及政府机关保持良好关系。
· Thorough knowledge offederal, state and local accounting laws and taxlaws.
熟悉国家及本地会计法和税法。
