· Maintains excellentgrooming standards at all time.
保持良好的仪容仪表。
· Prepares, cooks, serves and stores.
准备食品备料、烹饪及服务和储存。
· Cleans and re-sets working area.
清洁及重新布置工作区域。
· Maintain a hygienic kitchen according to HACCP.
根据国际HACCP维护厨房的卫生标准。
· Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests inyour designated area.
服务时对所有客人尽职责。
· Use a heartiest approach – make the guests feel welcome, feelheart-warmed, feel incredible, and belong.

· To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm andseizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve yourpersonal performance.

· Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergencyprocedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
熟悉本酒店的安全制度,紧急救护程序及消防与逃生程序,安全并机敏地操作设备。
· Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisorsof potential dangers.
对于危险的情况能作出及时的纠正,同时能将潜在的危险通报给所有主管。
