· Review,verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival,departure dates, and VIP designations. Ensure that each of them has achecklist attached and it has been completed.

· Adhere to andsign off on all cash handling, balancing of shift closings, and adjustments

· Maximize ourbrand by promoting our upsell programs

· Maintain andreport deficiencies in the department and knowledge of all safety and emergencyprocedures

· Effectivelymaximizes inventory levels during high occupancy/sold out nights

· Adheres toand promotes the Company’s health and safety policies to ensure a safe workenvironment and knowledgeable all safety and emergency procedures

· Cover DutyManager shifts as required

· Attendmonthly Credit meetings and ensure all accounting procedures are adhered tothroughout the department, including monitoring guest balance and city ledgeraccounts

· Coordinatewith the Front Office and Housekeeping to insure VIP and Le Club preferencesare consistently met.

· To ensure thesafe running of the hotel
