§ 确保有效和精确的文件系统,包括纸质和电子两个版本的及时保存
Ensures that an efficient and accurate
filing system, both manually as well as electronically is maintained at all
times.
§ 保存酒店完整的销售协议、合同和报价的记录以备查用
Maintains complete and supported records
of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
§ 建立有效的文件跟踪系统,确保所有预订的客人都被适当的记录和跟踪查询
Establishes an efficient trace File to
ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
§ 及时对销售经理上交销售报告
Submits Sales report to Sales Manager in
a timely manner.
§ 每月为销售联络员提供准确的预订商业报告
Provides accurate reporting of business
booked to the Sales Coordinator for monthly consolidation.
§ 与相关运营部门联系并紧密合作,确保达到和满足客人的要求和期望
Liaises
and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's
requests and expectations are being met.
§ 礼貌并有效地处理客人和员工的询问,并向上汇报投诉或问题。如果无法立即处理问题,要保证及时跟进处理。
Handles
guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting
complaints or problems. If no immediate
solution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a
timely manner.
§ 确保客人和员工之间的良好互动,和员工之间的良好工作关系
Maintains
positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
§ 进行广泛的竞争酒店调查,保持对酒店信息的详细认知
§ Conducts extensive
competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.
§ 系统地、有效地对被指派的分区中指定的客户进行分析并且将发现和商业机会向销售副总监进行报告
Ensures
systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and
reports findings and opportunities to the Associate Director of Sales.
§ 预估和指定销售机会,运用资料库制定适合有效的销售策略以增加酒店市场份额
Pre-qualifies
and targets prospects, utilising Delphi database and develops appropriate and
effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
§ 通过专业的常规电话销售活动和跟进发展新的商业机会。
Professionally
conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business
opportunities. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
§ 在重要客人入住和离店时会见和问候客人
Meets
and greets VIP guests upon arrival/ departure.
§ 对现有和潜在的客户进行销售拜访以获取新的商业机会
Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned
which is our current and potential clientele to explore into new business
opportunities.
§ 确保高标准的个人仪态
Ensures
high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
§ 与竞争酒店,商业伙伴以及其它组织的保持专业的合作关系。
Maintains
strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from
competitor hotels and other organisations, including tour operators and local
travel agents.
§ 执行长期的负责管理态度、积极代表酒店管理层和凯悦国际
Exercises
responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing
the hotel management team and Hyatt International.
§ 应对由业界、公司和酒店所产生的销售和营销部的改变
Responds
to changes in the Sales function as dictated by the industry, company and
hotel.
§ 阅读酒店员工管理手册对其理解并严格按照酒店管理规章制度去做,特别要严格按照防火,卫生,健康,安全的管理条例及惯例去做。
Reads
the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the
hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures
relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
§ 在必要时参加培训课程和会议。
Attends
training sessions and meetings as and when required.
§ 担负其它的合理责任和职责任务。
Carries
out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
