饮餐服务经理 B&F Service Manager

MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1. Assistthe Director of B&F in ensuring a smoothly and profitableoperation within the framework of the Hotel.
协助饮餐总监管理饮餐服务部门，运作顺利且盈利。
2. Beresponsible for maintaining the overall welfare of our associates by providingthem with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
为员工提供相关培训以满足他们对客服务的需求。
3. Assistin developing and enforcing standards, policies and procedures in banquets,restaurants and beverage areas.
协助标准、政策和程序在所有餐厅包括宴会厅的落实和改进。
4. Maintainproper sanitation standards throughout the Food and Beverage operation byenforcing Marriott International’s sanitation and food storage and foodhandling standards.
执行万豪集团卫生、食品储存和操作的程序，保持良好的卫生标准。
5. Assistin the development and execution of plans and actions for the improvement andmarketing of restaurant, bar and banquet offerings.
在宴会厅、餐厅和酒吧的市场推广方面给予协助。
6. AssistDirector of Food & Beverage in developing, monitoring and managing theannual operating budget via:

1) Controllablecosts 可控制成本
2) Wageprogress reports 工资进度报告
3) Profitand Loss statement 损益报告
7. Establishdepartment standard procedures and revise if needed.
建立部门标准并执行，在必要的时候做调整和修改。
8. Attendinternal / external meetings and share information to department; represent B&F department when Director of B&F is absent.
按要求参加会议并传达既要，必要时代表饮餐部出席活动。
