工作职责:
1.接待服务:负责大堂吧客人的迎送、引座工作,热情礼貌地问候客人,提供周到的点单服务。
2.饮品制作:严格按照标准制作各类咖啡、茶饮、鸡尾酒等饮品,确保出品速度与质量。
3.吧台管理:负责吧台区域的日常清洁与卫生,保持环境整洁有序,定期检查并补充酒水、原料及耗材。
4.收银结账:准确完成客人的消费结算,核对账单,确保收银无误,遵守财务规定。
5.安全维护:妥善保管吧台物资及设备,发现设备故障及时报修,注意防火防盗,确保营业安全。
6.沟通协作:与前厅、后厨等部门保持良好沟通,高效完成上级交办的临时任务,共同提升宾客满意度。同时具备一定的英语基础水平。
1. Reception Service
Responsible for greeting, sending off and seating guests in the lobby lounge. Greet guests with enthusiasm and courtesy, and provide thoughtful order-taking services.
2. Beverage Preparation
Prepare various coffees, teas, cocktails and other drinks in strict accordance with standard recipes to guarantee serving efficiency and product quality.
3. Bar Management
Undertake daily cleaning and sanitation of the bar area to maintain a neat and orderly working environment. Inspect, restock beverages, raw materials and consumables on a regular basis.
4. Cashier Settlement
Complete guest billing and payment accurately, verify receipts to ensure error-free transactions, and comply with all financial regulations.
5. Safety Management
Take proper custody of bar supplies and equipment. Report equipment malfunctions in a timely manner, and follow fire prevention and anti-theft protocols to ensure operational safety.
6. Communication & Teamwork
Maintain effective communication with the front office, back of house and other departments. Efficiently complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to jointly improve guest satisfaction. Basic English communication skills are required.
