职位描述
1. Set strict demands on themselves and the subordinates, make themselves an example.
严格要求自己、要求下属,以身作则。
2. Obey the arrangement of the superiors.
服从上司的工作安排。
3. Supervise staff to be at work on time, and do well at staff's work inspection.
督促员工按时到岗、做好员工的考核工作。
4. Inspection of the appearance of the subordinates, transmit the content of the department meeting. Sum up the conditions about yesterday, and arrange today’s work. Allocate and train the staff.
检查下属的仪容仪表,传达部门例会内容,总结昨天的工作情况,布置好当天的工作,做好人员分配、作简单的培训等。
5. Pay attention to the maintenance of the equipment and facilities at the restaurant, repair and take notes in time if any hitch.
注意餐厅的各种设施、设备的维护保养,如有故障及时报修,并及时作好记录。
6. Manage the guest articles at the restaurant, deal with the relevant accounts, and inspect frequently, if lost, have the right to claim compensation from the responsible people. Make an inventory of the hotel.
管理好餐厅各种客用物品,并做好相关帐目,经常抽查,如有遗失落实责任赔偿人,配合酒店的盘点工作。
7. Set budget of the consumables, eliminate unnecessary waste, and obey the rules of the energy resource at the department.
管理好易耗品,杜绝浪费,遵守部门的能源管理制度。
8. Take good care of the subordinates and know more about them, mobilize the enthusiasm of the team, and frequently report and communicate with the superior about staff's emotions and thoughts.
热爱关心下属,了解下属的思想动态,保证团队积极向上。员工的思想情绪与上级多沟通汇报
9. Supervise the staff to obey the management rules of the hotel and procedures, point out the problems in their work, and tell the right method to staff.
督促员工遵守酒店的管理制度,操作流程,及时指出下属在工作中出现的问题,告诉员工正确的工作方法。
10. Supervise the sanitation of the environment at every corner of the restaurant.
督促做好餐厅各区域内的环境卫生。
11. Do the work of the statistic of daily business, summary, and the record of the shift.
统计每日营业情况、做好工作总结、交班记录。
12. Collect the information of familiar guests, provide the service of individualism and advanced, and complete the guest archive continuously.
收集经常消费客人的资料,有针对性的提供个性化服务,超前服务,不断完整客史档案。
13. Arrange staff's work time reasonably.
合理安排员工工作时间。
14. Correct the mistakes in the work reported to superior in time.
工作中出现失误及时向上级汇报,上级指出的不足及时整改
15. Pay attention to fire prevention, anti-theft, water logging, anti-virus, safety in production. Emergencies should be carried out as the pre-arranged planning of the hotel.
注意防火、防盗,防涝,防毒,做到安全生产。遇突发事件执行酒店预案
16. Train employees.
对员工进行业务培训。
17. Make good preparation before operation and do the outstanding work after shift.
做好开餐前的检查工作,做好开餐后的收尾检查工作。
