岗位描述
1. Data Statistics & Reporting: Responsible fordaily statistics, analysis and summary of sales data from various channels, andsubmit departmental and financial reports on time.
1. 数据统计与报表: 负责每日各渠道销售数据的统计、分析与汇总,按时提交部门及财务报表。
2. Product Strategy Execution: Responsible forsystem configuration, pricing and omnichannel distribution of all park productsto ensure accurate online launch of product information.
2. 产品策略执行: 负责乐园所有产品的系统配置、定价及全渠道分发,确保产品信息准确上线。
3. Activity Review & Analysis: Regularlyconduct sales data analysis on promotional and holiday activities, timelyreview activity effectiveness and provide feedback on improvement suggestions.
3. 活动复盘分析: 定期对促销及节假日活动进行销售数据分析,及时复盘活动成效并反馈改进建议。
4. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Maintaineffective communication and collaboration with marketing, operations and otherteams to ensure the smooth progress of various revenue management work.
4. 跨部门协同: 与营销、运营等团队保持高效沟通与协作,保障各项收益管理工作的顺利推进。
5. Tasks Assigned by Superiors: Complete othertasks assigned by superiors on time and proactively report work results.
5. 上级交办任务: 按时完成上级分配的其他任务,并主动汇报工作结果。
岗位要求
Qualifications
1. College degree or above, with more than 2 yearsof relevant experience in tourism, amusement park or hotel industry.
1. 大专以上学历,2年以上旅游、乐园或酒店行业相关经验。
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office software,especially Excel functions application.
2. 熟悉微软办公软件,尤其是Excel功能运用。
3. Good communication and expression skills,earnest and careful in work, and strong sense of responsibility.
3. 良好的沟通表达能力,工作认真细心,责任感强。
