岗位职责:
1. 协助预订部经理管理预订部团队,保证执行所有LRA标准。
Assist reservation manager to versee reservation team: make sure all needed standards in LRA survey are implemented.
2. 执行和维护培训体系,保证员工有足够的技能高效工作。
Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
3. 培训新员工,提升酒店信息管理系统的技能。
Training up new staff, enhance property management system (PMS) skill.
4. 维护酒店信息系统,保证所有预定、 价格和市场代码的更新,保证所有的客户信息正确记录,酒店和中央预定系统连接顺畅。
Maintain PMS System, ensure all the bookings, rates and market codes are up to date, ensure all accounts are in profile track, ensure proper connection between CRS and PMS.
5. 执行公司和酒店的标准。
Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike.
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历,2年及以上同岗工作经验
2、责任心强、细心眼睛、熟悉Opera系统
