To assist the Assistant Director of Housekeeping to monitor and coordinate all aspects of the resort housekeeping operation, including guest rooms and corridors

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all staffs ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service and all areas of the operation are running as per resort standard procedures and policies.

Responsible for departmental roster / manning
负责部门排班表/人员配备情况。
To conduct Shift Briefings with Guest Room Valets, Team Leaders and Assistant Managers, with relevant information on day to day operations.
将日常营运中的相关信息同客房服务员,主管及副经理进行班前会议。
To champion daily call requests, maintenance job order, etc. to make sure there is no discrepancy or late close out.
支持日常呼叫请求,维护工作订单等,确保没有差异或延迟关闭。
To assist in documentation of projects such Departmental Meeting, Trainings.
协助编制部门会议,培训等项目文件。
To liaise closely with Front Office and Facilities with regards to the Preventive Maintenance Program and Pest Control.
有关翻新计划和虫害防治计划同前厅部和工程部保持紧密联系。
Responsible for a smooth turnaround of the operations and to liaise with Front Office regarding late check outs that will impact the midnight turnover.

To assist Evening Team Leader in developing GRA’s improvement of quality in room cleaning / turndown and to develop excellent customer awareness skills.
协助下午班主管提高房间清洁、夜床服务的GRA质量改善同时培养优秀的顾客意识技能。
Responsible for linking the Housekeeping and Front Office coordinators to ensure daily delivery of room turnover is completely linked with FO guest arrival patterns.
负责将客房同前台的协调员联系起来,确保客房每日的周转率同前台客人入住率完全联系在一起。
To liaise with VIP Services and Guest Services to ensure their room type priority is also linked with the Housekeeping room turnover.

To champion the daily measurement tools for productivity, Time and Motion, etc. ensuring there is no redundancy of duties.

Carry out inspections of all areas.

Coordinate and manages deep cleaning and special task schedules, ensuring all rooms and floor areas as per  hotel standards.

Monitors and reports to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping regarding the upkeep of furnishings, facilities, and equipment.

Carries out good communication with team members ensuring performance is effectively managed.

Ensures all team members are attending to duty in proper uniform, on time and well groomed.

Identifies and ensures highest possible standard of cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors.
确保客房及走廊的清洁和维护达到最高标准。
Oversees and monitors usage of guest room supplies and amenities are at a realistic cost.
监控客房备品和易耗品的使用量处于可控成本内。
Ensures and oversees any outside contractors are working as per contract and hotel standards at all times.
确保和监控所有外包人员的工作始终按照外包合同和酒店标准。
Oversees and controls that Housekeeping procedures are kept updated and in accordance with health and safety policies for personnel and guests.
监督和控制客房的管理程序,并根据客人和员工的健康和安全政策进行更新。
Ensures all team members and team leaders are trained and introduced to their duties as per resort standards and policies.

Ensures all guest requirements are adhered to as per resort standards.

Ensures training needs within the department is monitored, analyzed and executed as per resort standards.

Oversees and carries out training for team leaders and team members when required.
在需要时监督和执行团队成员和团队领导的培训。
Is fully trained on hotel emergency procedures and first aid as per  resort  standards.
按照度假酒店标准接受了酒店应急程序和急救的充分培训。
Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
教导,劝告和训导员工,提供建设性的反馈以提高绩效。
Has required training of resort PMS system and HOTSOS system in order to carry out duties efficiently and as per resort standards.
根据度假酒店标准需对PMS系统和HOTSOS 系统进行全面培训以便更有效的履行职责。
Is flexible in working hours and scheduling as per resort requirements.
按照度假酒店要求,工作时间和排班灵活。
Carries out any other job related duties as requested by the resort.
