Job Responsibilities 岗位内容
1. Responsible for the video shooting and editing of major hotel activities, festival products, news content and other videos of all hotel business segments.负责度假区各业态重大活动、节日产品、新闻内容等视频的拍摄与剪辑工作。
2.Able to independently complete the whole work, including script and storyboard design, scene layout planning, lighting debugging and other preparatory work, as well as post-editing and packaging.可独立完成全流程工作，包含脚本分镜设计、布景规划、灯光调试等前期筹备，以及后期剪辑包装工作。
3.Complete the whole-link work from shooting execution to editing and packaging, and control the overall tone and texture of videos.完成从拍摄执行到剪辑包装的全链路工作，把控视频的整体调性与质感。
4.Complete other work tasks assigned by the leadership.完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
Job Requirements 任职要求
1.Have at least 2 years of video production experience; candidates with hotel or cultural tourism account editing experience are preferred.2年及以上视频制作经验，有酒店或文旅账号剪辑经验者优先。
2. Possess directing thinking and excellent aesthetic judgment, able to independently sort out content logic and extract core key points.具备编导思维与优秀审美，能够独立梳理内容逻辑、提炼视频核心重点。
3.Proficient in editing software including Premiere Pro, Jianying and DaVinci Resolve; skilled in using AE and PS for video packaging and special effect production.精通Pr、剪映、达芬奇等剪辑软件，熟练使用AE、PS完成视频包装与特效制作。
4.Familiar with the operation of various web-based AI models, such as Jimeng, Keling, Liblib AI and other platforms.熟悉即梦、可灵、Liblib等各类网页AI模型的使用。
5. Equipment OperationSkilled in the operation and layout of all kinds of photography and lighting equipment, able to independently complete high-quality shooting work.熟练掌握各类摄影、灯光设备的操作与布置，可独立完成高质量拍摄工作。
