To assist management in running the outlet ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, consistent standards, through planning, organizing,
directing, and controlling the beverage operation and administration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor storage’s Variances & Spoilages.

To ensure that all services delivered within the restaurant ‘s operation are being charged correctly.

Be informed and aware of all relevant legislation regarding service of wine, the sale of tobacco, opening hours, etc

To regularly price check all wine items from Simphony to menu and seek if there are any discrepancies.

Set-up of the outlet in accordance with the pre-determined standards of the operation.

Detailed knowledge of the full bar and wine menu, and able to give comprehensive descriptions of wine and spirits list.
