Main responsibilities of the supervisor: assist the junior sous chef, Sous Chef and Chef to manage the kitchen and staff, execute the work assigned by the junior Sous chef to ensure the normal operation of the kitchen, supervise and guide the staff, strictly abide by the department's rules and regulations, be familiar with the department's work standards, actively participate in training, organize and train staff,Work issues to the junior Sous chef, Sous chef, chef feedback in a timely manner
主管主要工作责任:协助初级副厨师长,副厨师长,厨师长来管理厨房及管理员工,执行副厨师长初级副厨师长所安排工的工作确保厨房正常运营,监督与指导员工,严格遵守部门规章制度,熟悉部门各项工作标准,积极参加培训,组织培训员工,工作问题及时向初级副厨师长, 副厨师长, 厨师长反馈。

To attend the daily kitchen briefings
每天上班前参加每日例会
To demonstrate excellent product knowledge of special functions held at the resort

To establishes and maintains smooth work relationships in the kitchen.

To ensure that all equipment is cleaned, when necessary or according to their schedules

To attend all training carried out by the Training Department.
