综合薪资：8000-12000元（底薪加提成）

岗位职责 Responsibilities:
负责各类旅游产品的销售工作，吸引和维护客户需求。Be responsible for the sales of various tourism products, attracting and maintaining customer needs.管理旅游产品的销售进程，确保销售目标的实现。Manage the sales process of tourism products to ensure the achievement of sales targets.定期跟进客户，了解客户需求和反馈，维护良好的客户关系。Regularly follow up with customers, understand their needs and feedback, and maintain good customer relationships.积极开拓客户资源，完成既定的销售业绩目标。Actively develop customer resources to achieve the established sales performance targets.保持对旅游行业的敏感度，及时调整销售策略以适应市场变化。Maintain sensitivity to the tourism industry and timely adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes.
