Key Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect and inspect the daily operations of the department, includingsafety, hygiene, and service work.
检查巡视本部门的日常运营情况,包括安全、卫生和服务等工作;
Supervise, guide and support business work, and supervise the completionof guest ticket purchase and issuance work.
监督、指导和支持业务工作,督促完成客人购票、出票工作;
Develop ticket upgrade policies based on marketing policies to improverevenue conversion.
根据营销政策等制定门票升级政策,提高收益转化;
Audit, integrate and report expenses, and control departmental costs andexpenses.
费用审核、整合及上报,把控部门成本及费用支出;
Participate in various marketing activities at the theater and cooperatein related work.
参与剧场各项营销活动,配合做好相关工作等;
Coordinate departmental work plans, develop personnel scheduling andduty plans.
统筹部门工作计划、制定人员排班及值班计划;
Carry out internal cross departmental coordination work.
做好内部跨部门协调工作;
Support the handling of tourist complaints and participate in customersatisfaction improvement activities.
游客客诉处理工作支持,参与顾客满意改进活动;
Responsible for writing and reviewing P&P and SOP.
负责P&P和SOP的撰写和审核。
