As a Director of Business Development, we rely on you to
作为一名业务发展总监，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room night goals and to develop ongoing relationships with customers
2. Actively supports and implements group wide sales initiatives i.e. Advanced Purchase, Bonus Choice, Custom Stay, etc
3. In conjunction with the DOE and other department heads, maximize rooms inventory and catering space identify opportunities for focused sales programs
4. Together with the sales team, assists DOE in the preparation of the marketing communications plan related to sales
1、 制定计划和直接努力实现团队和散客产量的目标
2、 积极支持和实施集团范围内的销售计划，如预购，奖金选择，定制住宿等
3、 与DOE以及其他部门负责人，最大限度地提高客房量和餐饮空间，寻求机会，集中销售计划
4、 与销售团队一起，协助会务销售总监制定与销售相关的市场传播计划
